Located in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland California, Kojin An is a small family-run Zendo. We offer Zazen and traditional Soto Zen ceremony every Sunday morning. We practice Japanese Tea Ceremony in the Omotesenke tradition, as well as brush calligraphy, and other traditional arts. Kojin An means "good peoples' hermitage" --good people, friends and neighbors are welcome to join us for a taste of Zen!
